A unit is one rentable thing you manage on SmartTenant: a whole property let as one home, or each individual room in an HMO. Twelve rooms across three house shares is twelve units.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Yes. Every figure on this page includes VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. There's nothing added at checkout.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees, and e-signing is built in — you're never charged per signature. You pay for your units and nothing else.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly plans are rolling, so you can cancel anytime. Your price also moves with your portfolio — add or remove units and your bill follows.
